Ingredients
Spinach/Kale leaves : 1/2 cup
Green grapes: 3/4 cup
Oranges : 2
Banana : 1
Date: 3-4 (this will make it sweeter with added health benefits)
Almonds : 4-6
Ice : 1 cup
Method
Add above ingredients in the order listed in the blendee and blend it for 45 secs to a min or until its smooth. Serve chilled.
